1. Booking & 25% Retainer
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure an appointment and is applied toward the scheduled service balance.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Same-day cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the 25% retainer. A new 25% retainer is required to rebook.
3. Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. On the first occurrence over 15 minutes, if the appointment cannot be accommodated, it may be rescheduled and the original retainer transferred one time. On the second occurrence, the retainer is forfeited and a new 25% retainer is required.
4. No-Call / No-Show
No-call/no-show appointments forfeit the 25% retainer. A new retainer is required to rebook. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment.
5. Intake, Consent & Health Disclosure
Required intake and consent forms must be completed before treatment. Clients must fully and accurately disclose relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, implanted devices, recent procedures, skin conditions and other information that may affect treatment.
6. Treatment Eligibility & Safety
Completing a consent form does not guarantee eligibility. YK Beauty Plus may modify, postpone, discontinue or decline treatment when a contraindication or safety concern is identified and may request medical clearance.
7. Treatment & Results
Services are cosmetic/wellness services and are not substitutes for medical care. Results, number of sessions and maintenance needs vary; specific results are not guaranteed.
8. Packages & Payment Plans
Packages and package payment plans are credit card only. Eligible packages may be divided into a maximum of 3 payments. Package terms and any expiration date will be disclosed at purchase.
9. Package Appointments
Package clients remain subject to cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival and no-show policies.
10. Payments & Refunds
Completed services are non-refundable. Retainers are non-refundable and credited toward the scheduled service when completed. Package purchases and payment plans are subject to the package agreement and applicable law.
11. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 or older to independently consent to treatment. Services for minors are only considered when permitted by policy and applicable requirements.

13. Client Conduct & Right to Refuse
YK Beauty Plus may refuse, postpone or discontinue service for health or safety concerns, contraindications, inappropriate behavior, inaccurate health disclosure or circumstances preventing safe treatment.
14. GLACE Treatment Safety
Skin assessment and intake are required. Treatment may be modified or postponed for active irritation, infection, open wounds, sunburn, recent procedures or other contraindications.
15. SlimSphere Treatment Safety
Contraindication screening is required. A ‘Yes’ response does not automatically mean permanent ineligibility; treatment may require further review, modification, postponement, medical clearance or may be declined for safety.
16. Policy Agreement
Policies may be updated as necessary. By booking, purchasing a package or receiving treatment, the client acknowledges the policies presented during booking or purchase.
